Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of hami.cc and any purchase you make from HAMI ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. The product

HAMI sells a premium helmet liner. Product photos, descriptions and colors are shown as accurately as possible; slight variation between screens and physical product is normal.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are in GBP and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order if a listing was clearly incorrect. Payment is charged at checkout.

3. Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms are described on the Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

4. Returns

Returns and exchanges follow the Returns policy. EU consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days; our 30-day policy extends that right.

5. Intended use

HAMI is a comfort accessory worn under a certified helmet. It is not a substitute for a helmet and does not provide impact protection. Always follow the safety instructions of your helmet manufacturer.

6. Intellectual property

All content on hami.cc — including logos, text, photography, and product design — is owned by HAMI or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [EDIT COUNTRY / STATE]. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [EDIT CITY], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
