Where we ship

We currently ship across the European Union. For orders outside the EU, email hello@hami.cc and we'll see what we can do.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of purchase. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery time

• Germany & Austria: 2 to 4 business days
• Rest of EU: 4 to 7 business days

Shipping cost

Free shipping on every order within the EU. No minimum.

Tracking

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse we send you a tracking link. If it hasn't moved in 5 business days, email us and we'll investigate.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email hello@hami.cc with your order number. We'll open a claim with the carrier and replace or refund as needed.
