Where we ship

We currently ship across the European Union. For orders outside the EU, email hello@hami.cc and we'll see what we can do.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery time

• Germany & Austria: 2–4 business days
• Rest of EU: 4–7 business days

Shipping cost

Free shipping on every order within the EU. No minimum.

Tracking

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse we send you a tracking link. If it hasn't moved in 5 business days, email us and we'll investigate.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email hello@hami.cc with your order number. We'll open a claim with the carrier and replace or refund as needed.
