Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your HAMI liner. If it's not right for you, we make returns and size swaps simple.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition, with all tags still attached
• Returned in the original packaging where possible

Free size swap

Between the sizes I offer (S/M and M/L), the first exchange is on us within the EU. Send back the original and we'll ship your new size as soon as we receive it.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective.

Not eligible for return

• Items that have been worn, washed, or show visible use
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items without original tags attached

How to start a return

Email hello@hami.cc with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply within one business day with a return label and instructions.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
