We want you to love your HAMI liner. If it's not right for you, we make returns simple.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition, with all tags still attached
• Returned in the original packaging where possible

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective.

Not eligible for return

• Items that have been worn, washed, or show visible use
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items without original tags attached

How to start a return

Email hello@hami.cc with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply within one business day with a return label and instructions.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
